_{Hello! My name is gumi , 24 , he / him. and this is a LOW ACTIVITY blog for ryomen sukuna from jujutsu kaisen . I have adhd and suffer from anxiety/depression amongst a few other things. So sometimes I struggle to gain energy, or I simply don’t feel like being here. Work can really be exhausting as well. Sometimes I take a while to reply or to even write. But I like being here so I make the time for it.♥}RULE TWO

_{I love to plot especially seeing as i've rewritten a lot of sukuna's canon. I'm someone who can come up with ideas fairly quickly but it helps to plot and talk about things. I'll often post a plotting call or my ims are open to mutuals. discord is available by request. i should go ahead and mention that this is a very plot heavy blog!}

_{When it comes to triggers I ALWAYS tag it ‘death tw’ or whatever it is. There will be some things of graphic nature on this blog. If you've seen JJK or know of it, there is typically gore and blood. and there will be talk of mental health and struggles as well. but be warned as it's known that sukuna is not a good person. he has done a lot of gruesome things that will be talked about on this blog and in his bio! and something I absolutely don't want to see on dash is the sexualizing of the minors in jjk. THE BIRTH OF A KING
. Sukuna was born as an unwanted child, the sole survivor of what was supposed to be a twin birth. His parents harbored deep resentment towards him, irrationally blaming him for the loss of his twin brother. From an early age, Sukuna faced harsh treatment and neglect. His mother, who became ill shortly after his birth, died when he was still very young, leaving him in the care of his father, a cruel and abusive man. Constantly subjected to mistreatment and blamed for his mother's death, Sukuna's childhood was marked by suffering and injustice.As Sukuna grew older, a profound darkness began to take root within him. The pain and misfortune he endured fueled his determination to master a powerful technique that had started to manifest within him. Driven by a desire to overcome his tragic circumstances, Sukuna's hardships became the catalyst for his relentless training and the honing of his abilities.THE WANDERER
. One fateful day, a traveler named Hisao arrived in Sukuna’s village. Despite the villagers' wariness, Sukuna felt an immediate and profound connection with Hisao. From their first eye contact, Sukuna became captivated by him. This initial spark quickly blossomed into something beautiful. Sukuna began bringing Hisao food and tending to his needs, and as they spent more time together, their bond grew stronger. They became inseparable, and Sukuna vowed to protect Hisao no matter the circumstances.They spent their days together, with Sukuna training Hisao and preparing him for the world. Their love grew in secret, hidden from the rest of the village. However, their happiness was short-lived. One day, they were discovered, and their relationship was exposed to the entire village, shattering the sanctuary they had built together.THE MASSACRE
. The village viewed Sukuna and Hisao's relationship as unnatural. Sukuna's father, consumed by rage and the desire to restore his tarnished reputation, targeted Hisao with the intent to harm him. His cruelty knew no bounds, but his plans were thwarted when Sukuna discovered the impending threat. In a fit of protective fury, Sukuna unleashed his awakened technique, more powerful and explosive than he had ever imagined. In a devastating onslaught, he tore the entire village to shreds, saving his father for last.Sukuna inflicted upon his father the same torture he had endured for years. His breaking point had come when Hisao was threatened, prompting him to take a stand. The scene was gruesome, leaving no one spared.After the massacre, Hisao approached Sukuna, having witnessed the carnage. Yet, he wasn't afraid. Sukuna had revealed his true nature, and despite this, they vowed to remain devoted to each other until the very end.

THE TRAGEDY
. Sukuna and Hisao left their village behind and became wanderers, traveling the world together. One day, they came across a beautiful cherry blossom tree. Underneath its blooming branches, Sukuna proposed marriage. With just the two of them there, they exchanged vows, committing their hearts to one another with love and devotion. Sukuna, once unable to imagine being so captivated by anyone, felt his love for Hisao deepen. Using Hisao's soul technique, they exchanged pieces of their souls, feeling complete and forever bound to each other.Several blissful months later, they arrived at a village to restock supplies for their next journey. While Sukuna was purchasing food, Hisao wandered off and was ambushed by a group of villagers. The attack was random, but Hisao was outnumbered and couldn't fend them off. Sukuna felt a sudden, intense pain in his chest due to the piece of Hisao's soul he carried. Rushing to Hisao's side, he found him gravely injured. Despite his desperate efforts to stop the bleeding, Sukuna hadn't yet mastered reverse curse technique, and no one in the village offered help. In his final moments, Hisao transferred the last bit of his soul and power to Sukuna before passing away.Sukuna's anguished scream echoed through the village. The pain of losing Hisao was unlike anything he had ever felt. Moments later, he was attacked and left for dead, but this was the day he died as a human and was reborn as a curse. Transformed into a monstrous, four-armed, two-faced beast, Sukuna unleashed his fury on the village, annihilating it completely.After the destruction, Sukuna carried Hisao's body for four days, finally burying him beneath their cherry blossom tree. With nothing left to live for, the King of Curses was truly born.

THE REIGN OF TERROR
. It wasn't long before Sukuna's name became known throughout the lands. Ruthless and ambitious, he quickly rose to a position of immense power. Sorcerers from far and wide attempted to stop him, but each one failed. Sukuna's reign of terror saw village after village reduced to ruins. His mastery of jujutsu was unparalleled, earning him the title of the Strongest in history. Years passed, and countless challengers fell before him. He was brutal and relentless, holding nothing back.
Eventually, Sukuna came across Hisao's village. Arriving under false pretenses, he sought revenge for his husband’s exile by his own parents. Sukuna methodically destroyed everything they had built, leaving nothing but Hisao's untouched bedroom behind as a cruel reminder. His wrath was absolute.In time, Sukuna encountered Uraume, whom he spared only because of their exceptional cooking skills, as he had very particular tastes. Despite his monstrous transformation, a part of Sukuna always felt incomplete. Hisao's memory haunted him. He frequently visited their cherry blossom tree and painted countless portraits of Hisao from memory. Sometimes, he even saw Hisao in his dreams.Sukuna's rampage continued unabated for years, demonstrating his unparalleled strength. Yet, with every conquest, he lost a piece of himself. His love for Hisao, however, remained undiminished.As time wore on, Sukuna's soul and being began to deteriorate. The grief of losing Hisao took its toll, weakening him. In a bid to preserve himself, he made a binding vow with Kenjaku, agreeing to become a cursed object until the time for his reincarnation arrived.Eventually, the sorcerers mounted a successful assault on Sukuna. The battle was fierce and claimed many lives, but the King of Curses was finally defeated. With his death, the cherry blossom tree under which he had once married Hisao also perished, marking the end of an era.THE NEW ERA
. As expected, Sukuna eventually gains a vessel: Itadori Yuji. Locked away in a prison, everything changes when he reunites with Hisao, the man he once loved, now reborn into the new world alongside him. The love he thought he'd never see again reignites a fierce determination within Sukuna. Desperate to feel Hisao with his own hands, Sukuna becomes obsessed with reclaiming his own body.
From here, the story follows the canon events until the Shibuya Incident. Sukuna fights Jogo and Mahoraga, but afterward, he takes another vessel, if only temporarily, to hasten the recovery of his true form. In that pivotal moment, the King of Curses makes his triumphant return. With his body restored, he vows himself to Hisao while preparing for the challenges ahead.Sukuna joins the Culling Games, wreaking havoc as he prepares for the inevitable showdown. During this period, he remains steadfast in his commitment to Hisao, cherishing their renewed bond but when Satoru Gojo is unsealed, Sukuna braces for the final battle.On the day of the final confrontation, Sukuna never expects to emerge victorious. He is there to fight, to demonstrate his unmatched skills, fully prepared for the possibility of his own death alongside Hisao. In the climactic battle, Itadori Yuji ultimately takes Sukuna's life, bringing an end to his reign of terror.Unable to live without Sukuna, Hisao reaches into his own chest and crushes his soul, choosing to follow his beloved into death. Their tragic love story concludes as they are once again united, even in the afterlife.
